Great North Run Sunday 7th September 2025

Max Appeal is very proud to announce that we have a total of 41 dedicated runners taking part in this year’s Great North Run, all of whom are supporting Max Appeal through their hard-earned donations and commitment. We want to extend our best wishes to every one of our runners and look forward to celebrating your achievements together at the finish line.

We warmly invite all supporters to keep an eye out for our runners, who will primarily be wearing the distinctive Max Appeal running vests. You are also welcome to visit the supporters’ tent located in the Charity Village, Row G, Tent 96. Nearby, there will be food and beverage tents available for refreshments, and an impressive aerial display by the Red Arrows is expected to take place.

For those seeking a slightly quieter area, our tent is conveniently located next to the beach area, which is easily accessible and offers a more peaceful atmosphere. This year, we are especially proud to have a 22q runner participating, his dad and Mark Tripp will also be present at both the village and the finish line to cheer them on.
