Craig McKee, family, friends & supporters, amazing fundraising

Friend Lauren Gordon together with fellow cyclists took part in their annual fundraiser in memory of Danielle McKee to cycle around the Isle of Cumbrae which lies just offshore form Largs on the Ayrshire coast. They set a target of £500.00 but due to the generosity of their supporters raised a phenominal £3,221.00!’

Members of the Paisley Plumbase store led by branch manager Craig McKee took part in the Edinburgh Kiltwalk on Sunday 17th September. The fundraiser was in memory of Craig’s daughter Danielle. Over 7,000  walkers took part supporting over 710 charities and was the biggest ever Kiltwalk in the capital. Craig and his team of walkers smashed their target of £1,000 and with the generosity of the supporters managed to raise a whopping £2,000.00’

Over 100 golfers took part in yet another Max Appeal Golf Day hosted by Elderslie Golf Club nr Glasgow. The annual event was arranged and organised by Craig McKee, wife Angela  in memory of the daughter Danielle) and their band of supporters and helpers who assist in the smooth running of the day and persuading golfers to part with their cash. The weather fantastic as you see from the photo and after all the food and drink has been consumed we moved onto the prize giving and raffle.

 

Thanks to the generosity of all those who attended and supported the event a fantastic sum of £5,000.00 was raised on the day. Here’s to another successful golf day in 2024!
