Chocolate expands waistline of many in Alcester... and Max Appeal funds - Thank you! Sandra told us that she and her neighbour, Lindsay Traith, got together to raise money. Lindsay wanted to raise cash for MPS (Mucopolysaccharide Society) based in Manchester.

Lindsay arranged to host a chocoholics party at Sandie’s house and organised raffle prizes, for which she then stood in the rain, wind and cold weather selling raffle tickets to the tune of £347.

The proceeds from the raffle and the sale of over £1,000 worth (how much???!!) of chocolates which netted a £75 commission that was shared between Max Appeal and MPS!!
