Max Appeal 22q Birmingham Conference

bchWe are organising a parent conference at Birmingham Children's Hospital Education Centre on Saturday 31st August, 2019.
Registration is from 9.00am with the conference commencing at 9.30am and finishing at 4.30pm. There will be a buffet lunch included.
It is an opportunity to listen to clinicians and researchers talk about aspects of 22q11, ask questions and meet other parents.
Bookings need to be made on a individual basis, adults only, 18+ please no more than four places per family as we are limited to 100 places.
You will need to complete a form per person.
